What We Do
We prepare the computer aided design CAD for the panel through our qualified design team. The load calculation is the first part of the design. Then we select the circuit breaker, protective device and other components. Our electrical design & drawing, is a type of technical drawing that shows information about power, lighting, and communication for an engineering or architectural project.
We provide electrical working design and drawing to consist of “lines, symbols, dimensions and others engineering details to accurately convey an engineering’s design to the workers, who install the electrical system on the job. Once the design is done, our manufacturing team re-evaluates the design. And then our design team discuss with the fabrication team to point out the flaws. And this is a very important part of the whole production. In this discussion we can finalize the design and model the product.
After finalize the design. Our fabrication team build a model panel. And then we can check the product in the initial stage. This check enable us to ensure the product quality. By maintaining this procedure we can assure you the best electrical Panel.

After finishing the model panel. We are started the manufacturing process. In this process we build the steel made enclosure box and then send it to the paint shop. After finishing the paint work our electricians engage the wiring work.
As well as custom made panel 3PHASE also build the modular panel. The modular panel has a standardization of Height, Width & Depth is enabled that empowers scaling & productivity. 3PHASE ensure a range of panel accessories along with top graded copper busbar, insulation material, panel meter and accessories. 3PHASE panel board has the dead front construction which is enable the safety from arch flash.

After finishing all the work related to the manufacturing. We have send it to the testing & commissioning team. They successfully commissioning & tested the panel as per the procedure.
After pass the test run the panes are sent to the delivery section. I this section the panel prepared for packaging. And then deliver to the client address.
